The revitalization of the territory within the streets of I. Fedorov and Baikova, Yamskaya, involves the creation of a public space, which includes the "Intellectual Leisure Center", the reconstruction of the Lybid Valley, a bridge with a unique artistic image and a directly coniferous park throughout the territory of revitalization.
The implementation of this project should be the first stage of the revival of the Lybid River. Turning into the valley of Lybid greenery instead of industrial and warehouse territories, the quality of the urban environment improves.
The project "The Center of Intellectual Leisure" is located on the territory between the streets of Fedorova and Baikova, Solomyansky district, the city of Kyiv.
The building is a compact sixteen-storeyed with parking area in a stylobate one-story building and an upper terrace. Abris of the glass outer shell of the center of the building resembles a wave with a ridge. Bionic forms and smooth lines are used in the architectural and artistic image of the building and on the design area.
